Bouygues UK has been awarded the main construction contract for the University of Exeter's West Park student accommodation scheme, valued at £185 million. The design is led by Willmore Iles Architects and Passivhaus specialist Architype, with UPP financing the project. Construction is expected to be completed over a three-year period, with phased occupancy beginning in September 2027.
