The European Investment Bank (EIB) is backing a new €50 million fund, Montis VC, aimed at supporting European startups in the fields of energy transition, industrial technology, and artificial intelligence. The fund, based in Warsaw, is supported by the European Investment Fund
through the REPowerEU programme and the Polish Development Fund, which contributed €10 million. The involvement of the EIB and the Polish Development Fund highlights the importance of public-private partnerships in driving economic growth and sustainability. This fund could potentially lead to significant advancements in energy infrastructure and industrial processes, contributing to the EU's green transition goals.
What's Next?
