What's Happening?
The Republic of China Army (RoCA) is set to induct the T112 sniper rifle into service, as announced at the Taipei Aerospace & Defense Technology Exhibition (TADTE) 2025. Developed by the 205th Arsenal of Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense, the T112 is a 12.7 mm bolt-action rifle with a range of 2,000 meters. It is designed for long-range precision and will be used by special operations forces. The rifle features a tactical handguard, an aluminium alloy body, and a muzzle brake. Full-scale production is expected to commence soon, with deliveries planned for 2025.
