The centralized system allows for real-time alerts and in-stay surveys, enabling staff to address issues promptly. Management response rates have improved dramatically, increasing from 46.6% to 96.1%, with response times reduced to 1.7 days. The feedback system has also informed strategic adjustments in food and beverage offerings and guest activities.
