The project will focus on transforming Fletcher Plaza into a vibrant, community-centered public space through creative placemaking and public space design. The Better Block Foundation will guide the design process, which includes community workshops and a public event scheduled for June 2027. The city will match the NEA grant, bringing the total project budget to $150,000.
