Kenneth M. Palakaitis, a cherished member of the Oak Lawn community, has passed away suddenly. He was a beloved husband to Robin for 37 years and a loving father to Kaitlyn and the late Kyle C. Palakaitis. Kenneth was also a cherished grandfather, brother,
uncle, and friend to many. His funeral services are scheduled to take place at Thompson and Kuenster Funeral Home, followed by a Mass at St. Gerald Church and interment at St. Casimir Cemetery. Visitation will be held on May 3, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with the funeral and Mass occurring the following day. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests taking a friend to dinner in Kenneth's memory.
