Manuel Ramirez, 61, was arrested at a Texas A&M football game on Saturday after being caught allegedly taking nonconsensual videos underneath a female fan’s clothing. Off-duty Bryan police officers, working security near Section 338 of Kyle Field, were
alerted by a witness who observed Ramirez recording underneath a woman’s shorts. Officers located Ramirez and witnessed him raising his phone to record a woman on an elevated ramp. The victim was informed and chose to press charges. Ramirez, who was working at Kyle Field as an employee of SSC Services for Education, a third-party custodial services provider, was charged with invasive visual recording, a state jail felony in Texas. His employment was terminated immediately by SSC Services for Education.
