Valenciaport has announced a comprehensive strategy to achieve carbon neutrality and full energy self-sufficiency by 2035. This initiative, endorsed by the Port Authority of Valencia, involves significant investments totaling €900 million, with €605 million from
the Port Authority and €295 million from private investors. The plan focuses on reducing reliance on fossil fuels by investing in renewable energy sources, electrification, and alternative fuels.
