Quore University, a new Learning Management System developed by Quore in collaboration with LearnUpon, was unveiled at The Hospitality Show in Denver. This platform aims to revolutionize hotel staff training by incorporating gamification and personalized
learning paths. Quore University is designed to improve employee engagement and retention by offering role-specific training content in both English and Spanish. The system is now live at all 7,400 Quore customer locations, following a successful pilot program. It provides hotel staff with the tools to enhance their skills and improve guest experiences, while also offering hotel leaders real-time insights into employee progress.
