Kempinski Hotels, in collaboration with international developer JTRE, has initiated the construction of Kempinski Grace Bay, a luxury hotel and residential project located on Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended
by prominent figures including Charles Washington Misick, Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands, and Anya Williams, Deputy Governor. The development spans 11 acres and features 119 private residences and four oceanfront villas, designed to blend European elegance with Caribbean natural beauty. The project emphasizes sustainability, incorporating insulated glass, solar systems, and recycled water for landscaping. The development aims to redefine coastal living with amenities such as fine dining, a beach club, a wine cellar, a spa, and sports facilities.
