Will Oden, a seasoned attorney with Ward and Smith, P.A., has been elected as a Fellow with the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. This prestigious organization recognizes leading lawyers in the field of labor and employment law. Oden's election
follows a rigorous nomination and vetting process, which includes feedback from peers and judges. He has been with Ward and Smith for 22 years, specializing in employment law and serving as a mediator and arbitrator. Oden also leads the Wilmington office of Ward and Smith and is the President of its consulting subsidiary. He will be the only Fellow from North Carolina inducted at the College's 30th Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.
