Pearlstone Partners, in collaboration with AvantStay, has announced the launch of The Code, a new hotel-residence brand set to debut in Austin, Texas. The Code offers a unique ownership model that combines
the comforts of home with boutique hotel services. Located in the Zilker neighborhood, the property features 178 fully furnished residences with a range of floor plans, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Each residence is equipped with high-end amenities such as Bosch appliances and custom Italian cabinetry. The Code aims to provide a turnkey experience for both owners and guests, with options for short-term stays and long-term rentals. The property includes a variety of amenities, such as a resort-style pool, rooftop terrace, and co-working space. Sales contracts for the residences will begin on November 3, with guest stays starting in December.
