CAE is enhancing its aircraft maintenance technician training program to offer greater flexibility and efficiency. The company is introducing a new online booking platform, remote hybrid training, and modular training options. These initiatives aim to address the growing demand for maintenance technicians, as predicted by the 2025 CAE Aviation Talent Forecast, which estimates a need for 416,000 new technicians by 2034. The training program includes comprehensive courses on OEM programs such as Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, and Gulfstream. CAE is also revising its professional development courses into three tiers to help technicians develop soft skills, transition into management roles, and advance to executive positions.
