AR Global Roofing, a Dallas-based construction and roofing company, has announced the launch of its 2026 cohort for Roberts Roofing University (RRU). This initiative aims to prepare individuals for careers
in roofing, construction, and real estate development. The program, which begins accepting applications on November 15, 2025, focuses on financial literacy, construction project management, and real estate underwriting. In 2024, the program saw over 120 participants, with 82% securing new job placements or business ventures within six months.

The construction and roofing industries are facing significant labor shortages, with the U.S. needing over 500,000 additional workers by 2026.
