Air India Expands UK Connectivity with Additional Delhi-London Flight

Air India has announced an expansion of its services to the United Kingdom as part of its Northern Winter 2025 schedule. The airline will add a fourth daily flight between Delhi and London Heathrow starting October 26, increasing its frequency from 24 to 28 weekly flights. This expansion adds 1,196 seats each way per week on the high-demand route, utilizing the airline's new Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 787-9 aircraft. Air India is the largest carrier between India and the UK, operating 61 weekly flights and deploying 18,066 seats per week in one direction. The airline connects five Indian cities to three UK destinations, offering enhanced onboard and ground services, including complimentary lounge access, inflight entertainment, and internet connectivity.

The Ahmedabad-London Gatwick route, temporarily relocated to Heathrow, will return to Gatwick, operating three times weekly.
