The Las Vegas Raiders, along with owners Mark Davis, Egon Durban, and Michael Meldman, have announced a $25 million gift to Intermountain Health. This significant donation is earmarked for the construction of Nevada's first stand-alone children's hospital,
which will be located at the UNLV Harry Reid Research and Technology Park. The hospital is designed to be an 828,000 square-foot facility with 180 patient beds, offering comprehensive, high-acuity pediatric care, advanced emergency services, and a full spectrum outpatient center alongside inpatient and specialty care. The Raiders' contribution includes $5 million each from Davis, Durban, and Meldman, with the team committing an additional $10 million. In recognition of this landmark gift, the hospital's physical therapy and rehabilitation space, as well as its bistro, will be named in the Raiders' honor. Construction is anticipated to begin in the coming months, with an expected opening date in 2030.
