Illinois. Ginny was a prominent figure in her community, having worked as the Senior Office Manager for One Hope United in Waukegan, Illinois, before retiring in 2017. She also managed operations for her husband’s business, Fox Development Group Ltd. Ginny was the founder of the '60’s Chicks' and contributed as a writer to the Lerner News Group in the 1980s. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Thomas Kowalski, five children, 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Her funeral services are scheduled for January 21, 2026, at the Strang Funeral Home of Antioch, Illinois.
