brings over 36 years of culinary experience to his new role. His career spans various vibrant locations including St. Thomas, Baltimore, New York City, Boston, and Charleston, South Carolina. On Maui, he previously served as executive chef at 5 Palms Beach Restaurant and Ami Ami Bar & Grill in Kihei. At Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, Chef Cooper will oversee the culinary direction of multiple dining establishments, including The Sandbar, Cliff Dive Bar + Grill, Mai Tai Bar, Teppan-yaki Dan, Coral Reef, Black Rock Shave Ice, and Exclusive Oceanfront Dining, as well as the property's banquets, catering, and special events.
