What's Happening?
TransLink and PCI Developments have commenced construction on a new mixed-use development at West Broadway and Arbutus Street in Kitsilano, Vancouver. This project is part of TransLink's Real Estate Development Program and is strategically located near
the future Arbutus SkyTrain station. The development aims to integrate housing, businesses, community amenities, and sustainable transportation, creating a complete community. It will feature a 31-storey building with 256 rental homes, including 47 below-market suites, over 5,200 square feet of retail space, and more than 9,800 square feet of community space. The initiative is designed to generate transit revenues, which will be reinvested into Metro Vancouver’s transit system, supporting long-term sustainability.
