City Centre locations continued to attract international retailers, marked by the debut of French luxury perfume brand Diptyque at Saigon Centre in the fourth quarter. Other retailers such as Oh!Some, KKV, and Beneunder expanded their presence throughout the year. Singapore's The Green Party entered Aeon Bình Tân, and Zara opened a large-format store at Crescent Mall, indicating continued confidence from global fashion brands.
