Mozambique hosted a delegation from Thailand to reinforce cooperation in agriculture, research, and technology transfer. The meeting, held in Maputo, involved representatives from the Thailand International Cooperation Agency, the Thai Embassy, and experts

Mozambique's Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries, Acubar Batista, highlighted past cooperation efforts, including technical assistance in rice production and the donation of agricultural equipment. The Thai delegation shared experiences and technologies for rice production, emphasizing high-yield, resilient varieties.
