According to a recent study by Consumer Reports, Tesla's Supercharger network has been ranked as the top electric vehicle (EV) charging network in the United States. The study evaluated the overall charging experience at public outlets, with Tesla's network receiving
the fewest complaints from users. Tesla operates approximately 33,660 charging ports across over 2,800 locations nationwide. In contrast, the Shell Recharge Network was rated the worst, with 48% of users reporting issues. Other networks like EVgo and Blink also faced significant user dissatisfaction, with 43% and 41% of users, respectively, encountering problems.
