The Dean Munich will launch in March 2026 in the Westend neighborhood, offering 281 rooms with a bold interior vision by Tatjana von Stein, including a Japanese restaurant and wellness facilities. The Dean Miami will open in late 2026 in South Beach, marking the brand's entry into the U.S. market with 235 rooms and various amenities including a poolside bar and flexible meeting rooms.
