maintenance organizations (AMOs), with local AMOs rising by four to a total of 108, and foreign AMOs increasing from 122 to 136. Major airlines such as Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines (PAL) have seen substantial growth, with sales rising by 18% in the first nine months of 2025. Cebu Pacific, in particular, has reported a 37% increase in maintenance expenses, attributed to more extensive flight operations and fleet expansion.
