The businesses involved are not the source of the infection and are cooperating with health officials. Mecklenburg County currently reports three confirmed measles cases. Additionally, Union County Public Health has confirmed a measles case involving a traveler who visited a QuikTrip gas station in Indian Trail on January 30. Union County has no resident cases, but North Carolina has reported 17 confirmed cases.
