Fillsy, a Polish co-packer, has opened a manufacturing factory in Żyrardów, Poland, in partnership with Swedish packaging-tech company, Meadow. The factory will produce Meadow's infinitely recyclable aluminum pre-fill solution, The Meadow Kapsul, supporting the cosmetics and wider consumer goods industries in complying with the EU's Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation. This regulation requires European companies to meet binding targets for recyclability and material reduction.
