Jacob Marshall Doerner passed away peacefully on June 8th at the age of 34, following a prolonged hospitalization at Rochester General Hospital. Born in Seoul, Korea, Jacob was the eldest child of John and Kathy Doerner. He graduated from Webster Thomas
High School in 2009 and later earned a degree in History from Monroe Community College. Known for his intelligence, quick wit, and humor, Jacob had a passion for cooking and working with computers. He is survived by his parents and sister Elizabeth, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for June 22nd at Spiritus Christi Church in Rochester. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Isaiah House, reflecting Jacob's commitment to its mission.
