Her career spanned 31 years as an elementary school teacher in various locations, including Huntington, NY, Pleasanton, CA, and the Brighton Central School district in Rochester, NY. Margaret's passion for education was further enriched by her studies in early childhood education in England, Virginia, and Maryland. In retirement, she and her husband, Dr. T. Paul Guest, enjoyed traveling, golfing, and engaging in community activities. Margaret was a devoted member of St. Thomas More Church in Rochester, NY, and St. Joseph's Church in Stuart, FL. Her obituary highlights her loving devotion to family, faith, and country.
