it to scale up manufacturing in low-Earth orbit (LEO). The round was led by Seven Seven Six and Aurelia Foundry Fund, with participation from Seraphim Space. LambdaVision aims to help individuals suffering from retinal deterioration by producing artificial retinas in the microgravity environment of space, which facilitates the manufacturing process. The company has already conducted nine missions to the International Space Station (ISS) and recently received a NASA Phase 2 In Space Production Applications award to further develop its in-space manufacturing techniques.
