Fillsy, a Polish co-packer, has partnered with Swedish packaging-tech company Meadow to open a new manufacturing factory in Żyrardów, Poland. The facility will produce Meadow's infinitely recyclable aluminum pre-fill solution, The Meadow Kapsul, and aims to boost Europe's capacity for sustainable packaging. This initiative follows the EU's Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, which sets binding targets for recyclability and material reduction. The factory is expected to produce up to 10 million units annually, with plans to expand capacity to 100 million units by 2027.
