The program includes the Burnout Recovery Blueprint, based on the WATER Framework, which focuses on workload patterns, nervous system regulation, thoughts and emotions, physical energy, and relationships. Founded by Dr. Rozina Lakhani, the clinic employs advanced treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato for treatment-resistant depression.
