Shamara Gatling-Davila, the Education Manager for the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey (ACCNJ), has been appointed to the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board (GRWDB). The board comprises members from various private business sectors,
non-profit agencies, and state and county divisions. Gatling-Davila brings over ten years of experience in public workforce development, education, and community engagement. Her previous roles include career counselor, workforce development board policy analyst, and business development manager at the Middlesex County Office of Workforce and Career Development. She was appointed to the GRWDB following the departure of a previous board member at the end of 2025.
