InnVentures has announced the rebranding and complete renovation of the former Holiday Inn & Suites Santa Maria, transforming it into the Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Maria. This project was executed in collaboration with BHG Hotels, Naran Construction,
and Level 3 Design Group. The newly revamped 197-room all-suite property now offers a modern extended-stay experience, featuring full in-suite kitchens, upgraded amenities, and a range of services tailored for business, leisure, military, and long-stay guests. Key enhancements include a complimentary hot breakfast, The Range Kitchen + Bar, a refreshed pool and spa, an expanded fitness center, and a complete guestroom refresh. Megan Taylor has been appointed as the new General Manager to lead the hotel into its next phase.
