Lyten Energy, a US-based lithium-sulfur battery startup, has completed the acquisition of the Northvolt Dwa factory in Poland. The factory, initially opened in 2023, will restart production immediately,
focusing on delivering Northvolt's Voltpack Mobile System for temporary power supply and commercial energy storage. Lyten plans to ramp up production capacity to 6GWh annually, with potential expansion to 12GWh.
