Cvent, a leading provider of meetings, events, and hospitality technology, has partnered with BeCause, a sustainability data hub, to integrate sustainability information into the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN). This integration allows hotels to automatically incorporate verified sustainability data from BeCause’s extensive database into their CSN profiles. The move addresses the increasing demand from event planners for accessible sustainability data when sourcing venues. Over 12,000 hotels and venues are already utilizing this integration to share sustainability data on CSN. The collaboration aims to streamline the process for hotels to provide verified sustainability information, enhancing their visibility and competitiveness in the group business market.
