Chris Skinner, head coach of Andrean High School, has been named the Indianapolis Colts High School Coach of the Week. Skinner led the Class 2A-No. 4 59ers to a victory in the Northwest Crossroads Conference championship with a 19-3 win over Class 4A-No.
