has not been able to pay its employees for four months, leading to a halt in its activities. The center, which is the first of its kind in the country, has been plagued by alleged irregularities and corruption among project directors. Despite the project's tenure being extended for another year after a political changeover, funds have not been released, leaving 18 employees, including technicians and office staff, idle. Senior technician Yahya Molla highlighted the importance of the center, which tests agricultural machinery and issues clearance certificates, but noted that activities have been suspended for a year.
