What's Happening?
Damen Marine Components (DMC) has secured contracts to provide equipment packages for 14 multi-purpose vessels (MPVs) being constructed at Indian shipyards. The contracts involve supplying rudders, steering gear, and nozzles for eight MPVs at Udupi Cochin Shipyard and six MPVs at Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders. The equipment will be manufactured at DMC's facilities in China, the Netherlands, and Poland.
