Brenda J. Linert, the director of community impact at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, has successfully completed a national training program, earning a certificate in Workforce Development Fundamentals. This program, offered by the International
Economic Development Council and the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Foundation, is designed to bridge the gap between economic development and workforce needs. The six-week curriculum included expert-led sessions, interactive learning, practical exercises, and a final exam.
