What's Happening?
The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) has publicly debuted its newly acquired Elbit Systems Hermes 900 uncrewed aerial system at the Singapore Airshow. This marks the first public appearance of the Hermes 900 since
its acquisition was announced in November. The aircraft is part of RSAF's multi-tiered uncrewed aerial system (UAS) strategy, which includes a mix of medium-altitude long-endurance platforms like the Heron 1 and Hermes 900, alongside lower-flying systems for various operational needs.
