Mt. View Alpaca Farm, located in Olympia, has been expanding its operations since its establishment in 2018 by owners Julie Robinson and Charlie Garrott. The farm, which began with the purchase of six alpacas from the Tenino Alpaca Farm, has grown to house 19 alpacas, including 13 females and 6 males. The farm is currently on 'cria watch,' anticipating the birth of a new baby alpaca. In addition to alpacas, the farm features a large garden, grapevines, a greenhouse, and other animals such as chickens and bees. The farm is also a Harvest Host site, allowing RV visitors to stay overnight and experience farm life. Mt. View Alpaca Farm participates in National Alpaca Days, offering tours and educational opportunities to the public.
