This new capability is designed to empower care teams with resources for early intervention, moving beyond Clarity’s existing virtual sitting use cases. The solution utilizes AI-enabled software, hardware, and services to transform passive monitoring into active, real-time intervention. It provides intelligent notifications to care teams and staff as incidents escalate, enabling timely intervention. The workforce safety capability will be implemented with select hospitals and health systems in the first quarter of 2026 as part of Teladoc Health’s partner development program.
