Excavations at a building near the Ghetto Fighters’ House in Bedzin, Poland, have uncovered several Jewish relics from the Holocaust era. The Cukerman’s Gate Foundation announced the discovery of a siddur from 1934 and a Star of David band hidden in the attic.
The items were found in a carefully constructed hatch, suggesting they were intentionally preserved. The foundation is conducting meticulous searches to uncover more artifacts, which include fragments of documents and photographs.
