The building includes amenities such as a parking garage, fitness center, co-working lounge, bike storage, and a rooftop terrace with outdoor dining space. It is also pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets per unit. The apartments feature hardwood floors, oversized windows, and modern appliances. The application deadline for these units is March 16, 2026.
