What's Happening?
The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police organized a self-defense course aimed at equipping citizens with essential skills for personal safety. The course, which included both men and women participants,
covered various physical and tactical skills such as physical fitness, swimming, weapon handling, rappelling, obstacle navigation, horse riding, and archery. The training concluded with a ceremony at Police Lines Headquarters, where Additional Inspector General (AIG) Logistics Abdul Haque Umrani distributed certificates to participants. The initiative is part of the ICT Police's commitment to enhancing community safety and fostering stronger ties between the police force and the public.
