Elena Gwartney, a 2024 graduate of Thrall High School, has been selected for an internship with the Office of Congressman Frank Lucas in Washington, D.C. Gwartney is one of nine students chosen for the Agricultural & Natural Resources Policy (ANRP) Internship
Program at Texas A&M University. She will spend the Fall Semester working as an integral part of Congressman Lucas's office. Thrall High School has expressed pride in Gwartney's achievement, highlighting her as an exemplary alumna.
