Francina 'Kaye' Jernigan, a retired Assistant Chief with the Murfreesboro Fire and Rescue Department and current Emergency Operations Manager at Middle Tennessee State University, has been named the Tennessee Titans Fan of the Year. Her recognition comes
from a deep-rooted passion for the Titans, which she has supported since before Tennessee had its own NFL team. Jernigan, a longtime Season Ticket Member and PSL holder, has been a dedicated fan through the franchise's ups and downs. Her commitment to the Titans is a family tradition, shared with her late father, Joe Frank Jernigan, who was a District 6 County Commissioner. Together, they attended every home game and traveled to away games. After her father's passing, Kaye continued the tradition, ensuring her seats are filled with family and friends.
