in development. Mexico is at the forefront with 247 projects, representing 33% of the total projects in the pipeline. The luxury segment is showing the strongest growth with 142 projects. Key cities with significant construction activity include Mexico City, Lima, and Georgetown. Renovation and conversion activities are also robust, accounting for 150 projects and 25,788 rooms. Currently, 300 projects are under construction, and 189 projects are scheduled to start within the next 12 months.
