Kansas WorkforceONE has expanded its career exploration and job training initiatives across the state by partnering with zSpace, Inc., a provider of augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) solutions. The organization has implemented a mobile, counselor-led
model using zSpace Inspire laptops to deliver immersive learning experiences to students and adult learners in nearly every county in Kansas. Initially deploying 10 laptops, the program has expanded to 16 units due to strong engagement. This initiative aims to provide high-quality career exploration opportunities, especially in rural areas where physical job resources are limited. The program supports K-12 career exploration, adult education, and workforce reskilling, allowing learners to engage in realistic simulations across various industries.
