Rachel May Murphy, aged 88, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2026, at Boston Medical Center South. Born and raised in Brockton, she was a graduate of Brockton High School and later attended secretarial school in Boston. Rachel had a successful career
as an executive secretary at Sheraton Corporation and later as a legal secretary at a law firm in Brockton. Known for her culinary skills, she hosted exquisite dinner parties and was passionate about knitting and gardening. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, and a brother, with a Celebration of Life Service scheduled for May 2.
